Save time at the airport by sending your bags ahead to Southwest Airlines. Simply follow these steps: <ol><li>At the beginning of your stay, check in at your Disney Value Resort hotel and call or visit Luggage Assistance to take advantage of this service. For a smoother experience, leave your inbound Southwest Airlines tags on your bags.</li><li>The day before your departure, check in for your Southwest Airlines flight online.</li><li>Drop off your bags at Luggage Assistance in the Resort hotel lobby area by the required drop off time. Please be aware that you will need to provide a valid form of photo identification in order to drop off your bags. A fee will be charged for a cash withdrawal to any cardholder using a card not issued by Chase. This fee, which will be added to the withdrawal amount, is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by the cardholder’s financial institution.

Baby Care Centers feature a host of helpful amenities for parents with infants and toddlers. Everyone in the party ages 3 and over receives the following during their package stay:<ul><li>1 Quick-Service Meal Per Night of Stay*</li><li>1 Table-Service Meal Per Night of Stay*</li><li>1 Snack or Nonalcoholic Beverage Per Night of Stay*</li><li>1 Resort-Refillable Mug**</li></ul>For example, if you book a 4-night package with a Disney Dining Plan, each Guest (ages 3 and up) in your party would receive 4 Table-Service meals, 4 Quick-Service meals and 4 snacks or nonalcoholic beverages—which can be used at any time during your 4-night stay.Important Information<ul><li>Beverages are included with each meal. Guests under 21 years of age may choose from a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. If you begin to feel ill or find that you require medical assistance, please visit one of our conveniently located First Aid centers.Nurses are available during normal park operating hours to offer over-the-counter medications, bandages and other quick remedies so that you can begin enjoying your vacation again.

In-room medical services are also available at all Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Simply touch “Front Desk” from your in-room phone for assistance, 24 hours a day.First Aid centers can also store medications which require refrigeration. For your safety, special containers can be provided for disposal of hypodermic needles.

Housekeeping Service

It’s easy to rent a locker while at the parks! If paying with cash (U.S. currency) or a major credit card, you may proceed directly to the self-service kiosk to rent a locker. If paying with a MagicBand or gift card, please visit the merchandise location nearest to the lockers for assistance. There, a Cast Member can process your rental transaction and give you a code to input into the self-service kiosk—providing you access to a locker.Note: All lockers are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels can receive mail throughout their stay. Occasionally, some Guests choose to ship items in advance of their vacation to help save luggage space.If you intend to receive mail during your vacation, be sure the letter or package:<ul><li>Includes the mailing address of your Disney Resort Hotel</li><li>Clearly features the word “Guest” on the front and the date of your arrival</li></ul>Please note that a $6 per package handling fee will apply to all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room.

Select vendors will be able to drop off certain packages and groceries for Disney’s All-Star Music Resort Guests at new locker facilities outside Melody Hall—located near luggage services. At this time, Guests who do not use Online Check-In service will continue to be required to pick up packages and groceries at bell services or arrange for in-person delivery with the vendor directly.

Grocery deliveries are subject to the Disney Resort hotel’s policies and may be unavailable, limited or restricted. If the delivery service vendor requires age or ID verification, Guests are required to meet and accept delivery directly from the vendor; Disney Resort hotels will not accept delivery of such orders on behalf of any Guest.For other grocery orders delivered to the Disney Resort hotel during your vacation, a $6 fee will be charged to your room account for each grocery delivery order brought to your room by Bell Services or Luggage Assistance. Alternatively, these deliveries may be picked up in the Resort Lobby from Bell Services or Luggage Assistance at no charge.

This convenient feature enables you to maximize your vacation time with family and friends. Note: Mobile check-in is only supported by devices running Android or iOS with the latest version of the My Disney Experience app installed and location services enabled. How It Works It’s easy to use mobile check-in during your visit. All you need is your phone, the My Disney Experience app and a dining reservation at a participating restaurant! Here’s how it works:<ul><li>When your check-in window arrives, you’ll receive a push notification prompting you to check in via the app. Or, you can begin the check-in process by scanning a QR code located in the restaurant’s lobby. There’s no need to visit the host stand to check in.</li><li>From the push notification or QR code, you’ll be able to check in for your reservation—and confirm your arrival time and party details.</li><li>Once your table is ready, you’ll be notified to proceed to a specified location.</li></ul>

All you need is your phone and the My Disney Experience app!Here's how it works:<ul><li>Check availability at participating restaurants via the app—or by scanning a QR code located in the restaurant’s lobby. There’s no need to visit the host stand to check availability.</li><li>Then, use the app to add your party to the walk-up list of an available restaurant. At this time, you can also confirm your party details, including special dietary requests.</li><li>Once your table is ready, you’ll be notified to proceed to a specified location.</li></ul>

Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability

Whether you’re on your way to a thrilling attraction, enjoying the magic of an exciting parade, or finding yourself directly in front of a mouth-watering dining location you’d like to try, we want to make it easier for you to order, pay for and pick up fresh food, snacks and desserts throughout Walt Disney World Resort. All you need is your phone and the My Disney Experience app.

First, select the "+" on the bottom center of your screen, and choose “Order Food.” Then, you will be able to pick an available mobile order location, set your arrival time and choose the items you wish to order. You can even customize certain menu items to your taste. After you’ve reviewed your selections, you will be able to pay for your order using a credit card, debit card, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card or Apple Pay.

Once you’re at the mobile order location during your designated arrival time, just select the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button so the kitchen can begin making your order.

You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready at the counter with the “Mobile Order Pick Up” sign.

Mobile ordering is now available at more than 60 locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort, so you can spend less time waiting in line for food during your visit to the theme parks and Disney Springs.

Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering

Please note that we do not broadly discuss the specifics of our security procedures to avoid compromising their effectiveness. However, be aware that:<ul><li>The visible security measures at our theme parks and Resort hotels include the presence of uniformed police officers, using specially trained hazard detection canines to help patrol, bag checks at our theme park entrances and security kiosks at our Resort hotels.</li><li>In December 2015, we implemented additional security measures, including randomly selecting Guests for a secondary screening using metal detectors.</li><li>Our security screening process has been modified to reduce contact between Cast Members and Guests. To help expedite entry, Guests carry their own bags and personal belongings as they pass through the metal detector unit. We recommend using clear bags when possible, traveling light by limiting the number of bags and personal items brought into the park, and removing umbrellas from your bag before you approach the screening area.</li></ul>

Walt Disney World Resort takes a comprehensive approach to security that includes some measures that are visible and others that are not.

Guests who purchased a ticket or annual pass with the Park Hopper benefits will be able to visit more than one park per day.<ul><li>Guests with a ticket with Park Hopper benefits or an Annual Pass will be able to visit another theme park at any time of day during park hours, after entering their first park (subject to capacity limitations).</li><li>Theme park reservations may be required for Annual Passholders and Guests with certain non-dated tickets to enter their first park. After they enter their first park, they will be able to visit another theme park.</li><li>Park Hopper benefits may not guarantee access to a theme park for reservations for dining experiences, Droid Depot, Savi's Workshop and other pre-booked experiences, and Park Hopper availability may change daily based on theme park capacity. Guests can make dining reservations or add their party to the walk-up list at select table-service restaurants via the My Disney Experience app after they enter the second park, subject to availability.</li></ul>Please note that the ability to visit another park will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations. In the event that the Park Hopper option is unavailable at a theme park, Guests will be notified in real time via a push notification from the My Disney Experience app.
