A fee will be charged for a cash withdrawal to any cardholder using a card not issued by Chase. This fee, which will be added to the withdrawal amount, is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by the cardholder’s financial institution.

The daily limit for cash withdrawal is dependent on your card’s issuing bank. Please check with your bank to confirm your cash withdrawal limit.Additionally, some ATMs include a maximum transaction limit, above and beyond the cash withdrawal limit associated with your card.

Basic banking services, like foreign currency exchanges, are provided at City Hall in <a href="link-disneyland-park">Disneyland Park</a> and the Guest Relations Lobby in <a href="link-california-adventure-park">Disney California Adventure Park</a>.

24-hour self-service ATMs, presented by Chase, are located throughout the Disneyland Resort. Basic in-person banking services are also available at select Disneyland Resort locations.

If you wish to save time with Direct-to-Room service at Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, please follow these simple steps:<ol><li>Within 5 days of your arrival, sign in to your Disney account and use our Online Check-In service via the web or in the Disneyland app.</li><li>When your room is ready, the Disneyland app will display your room number and allow you to enter your room by using a digital key.</li></ol>The Disneyland app can also help you access your theme park admission as well as Disneyland Resort hotel common areas—so you can drop off your bags in your room and jump right into the magic!

Guests staying at the Disneyland Hotel (including The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel), Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Pixar Place Hotel are eligible to use Direct-to-Room service.To access the digital key feature on the Disneyland app, you must be signed in to your Disney account and have linked your reservation to your account. The Disney account holder who is the primary Guest can activate the digital key feature for their Guests.

With the Disneyland app, you can charge dining and shopping purchases from the theme parks or your Disneyland Resort hotel to your room—when you provide your approved credit card during online or regular Front Desk check-in. This feature is also available when you make purchases at select merchandise locations in the Downtown Disney District.

If Guests with Disabilities require assistance, they can contact their hotel Front Desk, where Cast Members are available to help.

Cast Members in the lobby entrance area and at the Front Desk are happy to assist with your arrival, regardless of whether you choose to use Direct-to-Room service.If you experience any difficulties while using your digital key or the Unlock Door feature, you can also tap “Call Hotel” on the Hotel screen in the Disneyland app for further assistance.

Early Entry at the Disneyland Resort

Guests are invited to bring and use their own ECVs, manual wheelchairs and power-assisted wheelchairs throughout the Disneyland Resort.Wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered and/or unoccupied are prohibited. Training wheels and/or modifications are not permitted. Devices must be manually or electrically powered and operated at a walking pace. Devices should be single rider and not exceed 36" (92 cm) in width and 52" (132 cm) in length. The Disneyland Resort offers tips and a variety of programs to assist Guests with disabilities to access attraction queues including Rider Switch, Single Rider, Disability Access Service and more.In the event of an attraction evacuation, Guests may be required to walk certain distances and navigate stairs and narrow walkways. If you need evacuation assistance, please have a member of your party assist you or wait in the attraction vehicle for assistance.

At the Disneyland Resort, we recognize the importance of powered mobility devices (personal or rented) in assisting Guests with mobility disabilities. In order to keep a safe and comfortable environment for all Guests, including those walking or using an ECV or power-assisted manual wheelchair, please review the safety reminders below:<ul><li>Always operate the powered mobility device in a safe and courteous manner, and be cautious to not hit other Guests and Cast Members around you. Only use the horn in safety or emergency situations.</li><li>Always operate the powered mobility device at an appropriate speed when around others. Reduce speed when operating the powered mobility device in busy areas and when making turns.</li><li>Do not attach unauthorized accessories or use the powered mobility device for towing. Authorized accessories are oxygen tanks and mobility device holders.</li><li>Do not drive over curbs or other obstructions.</li><li>Only one rider is allowed per ECV. Do not allow anyone to ride on your lap, floorboard or anywhere on the ECV. (If required, Disney may issue an exception tag.)</li><li>Immediately notify a Cast Member to report an incident or request assistance.</li></ul>

Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs)—single-rider, 3-wheel vehicles for Guests with mobility challenges—and manual wheelchairs are available for rent. ECV and manual wheelchair rentals are available at the Stroller Shop outside the theme parks, just east of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance.<h3>Rental Price Per Day</h3><ul><li>$15.00 for manual wheelchair rentals</li><li>$60.00 for ECV rentals—sales tax applies to ECV rental fee</li></ul>Deposit and Additional Requirements<ul><li>Manual wheelchair and ECV rentals require a refundable deposit of $20. Sales tax does not apply to ECV deposit.</li><li>ECVs and wheelchairs may not be reserved. Please plan to arrive early; a limited number of ECVs and wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.</li><li>Rented ECVs and wheelchairs may be used in both Disney California Adventure Park, Disneyland Park and Downtown Disney District.</li><li>The maximum weight for an ECV is 450 pounds. The maximum weight for a manual wheelchair is 350 pounds. ECVs and wheelchairs are not designed to hold more than one person.</li></ul>

n addition to the above safety reminders, the following are required for Guests utilizing a rented ECV:<ul><li>Must be 18 years of age or older to operate an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (“ECV”).</li><li>Only the person who signed the agreement is allowed to operate the ECV.</li><li>Do not place children or service animals in the ECV basket. The ECV basket is meant only for personal items.</li><li>Do not drive while distracted (e.g. texting, surfing the web, eating).</li><li>Do not hang bags or other personal items from the ECV handlebars.</li><li>Do not turn the key switch “Off” while the ECV is moving. This will cause the ECV to stop abruptly.</li><li>Use caution when operating ECVs in inclement weather. The vehicle may take longer to stop fully on an incline or wet surface.</li><li>Use caution when driving on inclines (ramps, hills, etc.). To prevent tipping backwards, lean forward in the seat when accelerating uphill. Drive in the direction of the incline (up or down) and avoid driving across or reversing down an incline whenever possible.</li><li>Use caution when driving indoors (restaurants, stores, attraction queues, restrooms, etc.). To prevent collisions, reduce speed and be aware when making turns and navigating narrow walkways.</li><li>Always remain seated with the seat locked in the forward position and arms and legs within the confines of the ECV while in motion.</li><li>Always make sure the key switch is “Off” before transferring on and off the unit, and remove key from ignition when leaving the ECV unattended.</li></ul>

ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company in the local area, is available to provide strollers, ECVs and wheelchairs––including length-of-stay rentals––for Guests staying at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. Pre-orders and deliveries of mobility rentals through ScooterBug to the Disneyland Resort hotels are available by visiting ScooterBug.com/Anaheim or calling (800) 726-8284. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

ECV and Wheelchair Rentals

Nurses are available during normal park operating hours to offer over-the-counter medications, bandages and other quick remedies so you can continue enjoying your visit. If you’re unable to walk to a First Aid location, please tell the nearest Cast Member and a nurse may be able to assist you in the parks.First Aid centers can also store medications which require refrigeration. For your safety, special containers can be provided for disposal of hypodermic needles.

Hand Sanitizer Locations

Locker rentals are available for different prices depending on the locker size. Inside the parks, lockers are available for $7 and $10 per day. Outside the parks, lockers are available for $7, $10, $12 and $15 per day. Lockers provide unlimited access throughout the day.Please keep in mind that lockers inside the parks are only accessible during park operating hours. Items cannot be stored in lockers overnight. If you’ve left an item in a locker overnight, please contact Lost and Found.

The Disneyland Resort uses Chargerback, an online system that helps track lost and found items. <a href="https://www.chargerback.com/disneyland/" class="nostrip" target="_blank">Please report any lost or unclaimed items online.</a>Once you’ve reported a lost or unclaimed item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your lost item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to the Disneyland Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

If you are missing a member of your party, please contact a Disney Cast Member or visit the nearest Baby Care Center and Lost Children facility.

Our mobile ordering feature is a convenient, contactless way for you to plan ahead and enjoy food and beverages from select dining locations throughout the day. All you need is your phone and our Disneyland mobile app.

Begin by tapping “+” and then choose “Order Food.” Pick an available restaurant and an arrival time, and make your selections. You can even customize certain items to your taste. After you’ve reviewed your details, pay for your order using a Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, Apple Pay or a stored payment method.

Once you’re in the vicinity of the dining location during your chosen arrival time, let us know you’re ready for us to prepare your order with a tap of a button in the app. Then, find an open spot to unwind. You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready.

Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering

Please note that we do not broadly discuss the specifics of our security procedures to avoid compromising their effectiveness. However, be aware that: We have a comprehensive approach to security at our theme parks, promenade and Resort hotels. This includes the presence of uniformed police officers using specially trained dogs to help patrol our parks and resorts, and bag checks and security checkpoints at our theme park entrances, the Downtown Disney District, and our Resort hotels.We also have implemented additional security measures, including randomly selecting Guests for a secondary screening using metal detectors.

Disneyland Resort takes a comprehensive approach to security that includes some measures that are visible and others that are not.

If you have a valid Park Hopper ticket or a Magic Key pass, you may make a park reservation to visit both parks on the same day, subject to park availability for the date you select. When you make your park reservation, choose the first park you plan to visit on your selected date. Then, you may cross over and switch between parks on the same day beginning at 11:00 AM (subject to availability). After 11:00 AM, if you have not entered any park yet, you may enter either park (despite what you designated for your first park on your park reservation).Please check the Park Hours calendar or the Disneyland app for the most up-to-date Park Hopper hours, as they could change depending on the day and park.At this time, a park reservation is not required for the second park after visiting the first park; however, reservation requirements are subject to change.Please note that the ability to visit the second park will be subject to that park’s capacity limitations, operational hours, closures and other restrictions, and is not guaranteed. Location Downtown Disney District Parking is at the Simba Lot, located off of Disneyland Drive, between West Katella Avenue and Pixar Place Hotel.&nbsp;The first hour of parking costs $10. Validations apply after the first hour of paid parking.Enjoy an additional 3 hours of same-day parking with a $20-minimum purchase and validation from any Downtown Disney location—or up to 5 additional hours of same-day parking with validation from any Downtown Disney table-service restaurant.Beyond these validations, each additional hour costs $14, charged in 30-minute increments, with a minimum $7. Please use either of the following locations to pick up or drop off Guests visiting Disneyland Resort theme parks or the Downtown Disney District:<ul><li>Downtown Disney District – Take Magic Way from Disneyland Drive, then turn left at Downtown Drive and follow signs to the drop-off area. Standard parking rates will apply after the 15-minute grace period.</li><li>Harbor Boulevard – Enter the drop-off area from the right southbound lane of South Harbor Boulevard between South Manchester Avenue and Disney Way.</li></ul>These areas may also be used for taxi and rideshare service pickup or drop-off. Please note that while brief waiting is permitted, parking or unattended vehicles are not allowed in either area.

There are various parking locations at the theme parks and hotels of the Disneyland Resort, as well as the Downtown Disney District.

Parking

For $38 plus tax, you can purchase a portable charger at third-party-operated kiosks throughout the Disneyland Resort. Using any major credit card, just follow the prompts on the kiosk screen to dispense a kit that includes:<ul><li>One fully charged portable charger</li><li>One 3.5'' USB-C to USB-C cable (for Android devices and iPhone generation 15+)</li><li>One USB micro adapter (needed for some Android Devices)</li><li>One 3.5" USB-C to Apple Lightning cable (for iPhone generations 14 and prior)</li><li>One adapter for USB-A connections</li></ul>

To charge your device, use the cables provided to connect to the portable charger.

If the portable charger runs down (indicated by 4 red LED lights on the charger), you can:<ul><li>Recharge it using a USB cable to plug into a computer or into an AC outlet through a USB charging port. Or</li><li>Swap it for a fully charged replacement at any third-party-operated portable charger kiosk.</li></ul>Disney does not operate and is not responsible for the portable charger kiosks or the portable charger devices.

First Aid locations&nbsp;in the theme parks have restroom facilities that provide additional space and privacy for individuals who may need personal care assistance from a member of their party.These locations also offer large cots that can be used as adult changing tables.

Menstruation products are available for free through vending machines in all Women’s and Companion Guest Restrooms

We recognize some Guests may have frequent restroom needs and may require additional support. Limited selection of incontinence products are available at First Aid locations.

Restrooms are available throughout the Disneyland Resort, including restrooms with baby changing stations. Multi-stall restroom facilities are available in addition to single-stall companion restroom facilities.

With Rider Switch, Guests take turns experiencing an attraction. One party waits outside the queue while the remainder of their party waits in the queue. Once the first party returns from riding, the waiting Guest(s) may board the attraction without having to wait in the standard queue.Rider Switch is appropriate in the following situations:<ul><li>A Guest in the party either does not meet the boarding requirements or does not plan to ride but cannot wait outside the queue alone.</li><li>A Guest has a service animal that cannot board the attraction, or they do not wish to use a provided kennel.</li><li>A Guest is unable to experience the queue based on the nature or condition of the queue at a particular attraction in light of the circumstances and the Guest’s specific needs.</li></ul>Rider Switch is available at most attractions throughout the Disneyland Resort.How to Use Rider Switch1. At the entrance of the attraction, with your entire group present, let a Cast Member know you are interested in the Rider Switch option.2. Your group will divide into two (2) parties:<ul><li>“Party A” will enter the queue and ride the attraction first,</li><li>“Party B” will wait outside the queue (with a maximum of two ([2]) people riding next)</li></ul>3. A Cast Member will scan the admission media or tickets of Guests in Party B and let you know where to return when it is your turn to ride.HELPFUL HINT: Feel free to wait in a comfortable spot or grab a cool drink while you wait – just make sure your party lets you know when they’ve finished riding.4. After “Party A” rides the attraction, any Guests from “Party B” (a maximum of two ([2]) people) who wish to ride should head to the return location entrance as provided by the Cast Member who scanned your admission media/tickets.5. At this point, any Guests from “Party B” who are riding the attraction will have their admission media/tickets re-scanned by a Cast Member to use the Rider Switch entrance and board without waiting in the standard queue.HELPFUL HINT: If Party B is only one Guest, one Guest may re-ride the attraction with them, while Party A waits with any Guests who are not riding.

This handy feature allows adult Guests to take turns waiting with youngsters or Guests unable to ride.

At the Disneyland Resort, we have specific guidelines to ensure all Guests with service animals are supported throughout their visit. Please note that:<ul><li>A service animal is a dog or miniature horse that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.</li><li>Only trained service animals are permitted inside the Disneyland Resort or on Disney transportation vehicles. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and pets are not allowed inside Disneyland Resort.</li><li>Service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or in a harness. Cast Members are not able to take control of service animals.</li><li>Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not bark, growl, jump up on, or lunge at Guests or Cast Members. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.</li><li>Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted on the ride. Please ask a Cast Member at these locations about available options, including Rider Switch with a member of your party or a portable kennel.</li><li>Service animals must remain on the floor and not on dining chairs or tables in food and beverage locations.</li><li>Service animals are not allowed in water—including water features and fountains—or closer than 4 feet to the water on pool or wet decks.</li></ul>

At the Disneyland Resort, we take great pride in providing choice and variety for Guests with special dietary requests.You can request to speak with a chef or a special-diets trained Cast Member at most table-service and select quick-service restaurants. In most cases, no advance arrangements are needed.While restaurants take reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.

Select quick-service restaurants have allergy-friendly menu options listed within their online menus, based on common food allergens. Many other allergy-friendly requests can be accommodated upon request.Menus are subject to change, so check for the most current offerings before your visit.

Kosher meals and halal meals are available at most table-service restaurants and should be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Options are also available at select quick-service locations.

ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company in the local area, is available to provide stroller, ECV, and wheelchair rentals – including length-of-stay rentals – for Guests staying at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. Strollers are available to rent for usage at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

If you do not see this option, please visit the Front Desk of your Disneyland Resort hotel.</li><li>Agree to use your device to unlock your door.</li><li>Hold your mobile device against the door lock.</li></ul>If you have previously declined to allow the Disneyland app to use Bluetooth technology, please give it access. If you are using an iOS device, open the Settings app, tap “Disneyland” and enable Bluetooth access.If you wish to no longer use your mobile device to unlock your door, please visit the Front Desk of your Disneyland Resort hotel.

This digital key is available at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. When staying at one of these Disneyland Resort hotels, you can use your digital key to unlock the door to your room and other common area doors or gates—including pools, arcades, fitness centers, elevators and Club Level lounges.

If you lose your mobile device, please speak with a Cast Member at the Front Desk of your Disneyland Resort hotel as soon as possible.

Important: For your convenience, we strongly recommend that you use Online Check-In service and the app's unlock door-feature to go directly to your room. If you don't know your room number, just view your reservation in the app and tap "Show Room Number. Once your room is ready for you, your room number will display.

From time to time, a complimentary virtual queue —accessible via the Disneyland app— may be used for select attractions or experiences. You can request to join the queue for that attraction or experience. While you wait to get called back, you can enjoy other park offerings. Generally, when the virtual queue is in place, standby options are limited and not always available.Check “Virtual Queue” in the Disneyland app just before your visit—and again before 7:00 AM on the day of your visit—to learn whether a virtual queue will be in place for any attractions or experiences when you’re here.

<ul><li>Joining the virtual queue does not guarantee the ability to participate in the experience.</li><li>Boarding groups for a virtual queue are limited, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. Not all boarding groups may be called to return, based on availability of the experience. Also, shows might be cancelled.</li><li>Please arrive at your attraction or experience once your boarding group is called. Be advised that late arrivals may not be accommodated.</li><li>Guests with a Magic Key pass or Park Hopper ticket, who will start their day at the other park, may begin crossing over between the parks at 11:00 AM to redeem their boarding group. The ability to visit a park is subject to the park’s capacity limitations, and a boarding group does not guarantee park admission.</li></ul>If you have any questions or need assistance, please find a Cast Member at City Hall or a Guest Relations location. Get Ready to Join the Virtual Queue!On the day of your visit, you may have the opportunity to join the virtual queue at daily distribution times, which are subject to change or cancellation as availability allows. Distribution schedules will be available in the Disneyland app. Tap “Join Virtual Queue” on the Virtual Queue tile on the home screen to get more information.

Make sure you have the Disneyland app, with notifications enabled so you receive important updates about the virtual queue—including callback details and daily distribution times.Log in to the Disneyland app and tap the Virtual Queue tile on the home screen before your visit to find out which attractions and experiences will require a virtual queue, when to join the virtual queue and who is eligible.In preparation, link your group's theme park tickets to your MyDisney account. A theme park reservation will be needed. Learn more about theme park reservations. For a virtual queue not located in a theme park, valid admission may not be required.Select one member of your party to access the virtual queue. This person will be able to check for an available boarding group for everyone in your party. If multiple people in your party try to join the virtual queue simultaneously, this action may inhibit your ability to join a group.

On the day of your visit, tap “Join Virtual Queue” on the home screen of the app to view the current status and next steps for joining a virtual queue. The app will indicate when there is no availability for a specific distribution time.As long as your MyDisney account is linked to your group's theme park tickets and everyone is eligible, you can enroll everyone in the virtual queue at the same time (subject to availability).

Once you have successfully joined a virtual queue, you can enjoy other park offerings while you wait.If your boarding group is called to return, you’ll receive a notification via the Disneyland app. Then, head over to the entrance of the experience within your designated return window and scan the QR code or bar code for the virtual queue in the Disneyland app.
