Various tools are offered for Guests with disabilities. Some are available for rent while others you can keep.
Tools available for rent that need to be returned to an Accessibility Services Kiosk include:
- Braille Guidebooks
- Portable Tactile Maps
- Disney Handheld Devices, which offer:
- Assistive Listening
- Handheld Captioning
- Audio Description
If the Accessibility Services Kiosk is closed, please return rented tools to Guest Relations at City Hall or Chamber of Commerce.

Guests may visit the Accessibility Services Kiosk in person from one hour prior to park open up until 3 hours prior to park close. Check the Disneyland App for park hours. The Accessibility Services Kiosk is located on the east side of the Esplanade nearest to Disney California Adventure Park.
