Now Everyone Can Be in the Picture!
Disney PhotoPass Service captures magical vacation memories in great photos – and gets everyone in the shot! Disney PhotoPass Photographers can be found at select locations throughout the four theme parks, in the Disney Springs Area (including at the Disney PhotoPass Studio where Guests can take portrait-style photos in front of standard or Disney-themed backdrops), at select dining locations, and at both water parks from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Now imagine a way for you to relive your vacation by getting all of your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos. Every smile, laugh, scream and hug captured for you to share for a lifetime.
With Memory Maker, a Disney PhotoPass product, you can do just that! You won't need to worry about purchasing each Disney PhotoPass photo individually – for one price, you’ll receive unlimited digital downloads of your Walt Disney World vacation memories including:
- All of your Disney PhotoPass photos from your vacation, including those taken at iconic locations like Cinderella Castle, the Tree of Life, and so much more
- Photos captured onboard 13 attractions and videos captured onboard two attractions (a MagicBand or mobile device with Bluetooth® technology enabled for the My Disney Experience app is required to receive attraction videos and certain attraction photos)

With Memory Maker, there's never been a better way for you to capture, relive and share the magical memories of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
For each Memory Maker purchase, Guests can collect photos during a 30-day window that begins the date of the first photo or digital content download or the date Memory Maker is otherwise redeemed (whichever comes first).

How do I associate photos to my account?
Memory Maker allows you to collect, view, download and share all of the Walt Disney World vacation photos linked to your My Disney Experience accounts:
- When taking photos with a Disney PhotoPass Photographer, Guests will associate their photos by touching their MagicBand, Memory Maker card, Disney PhotoPass card or Park Admission ticket to a device that a photographer uses.
- Guests can use their mobile device or a MagicBand to automatically link attraction photos and videos to their account – they can pick whichever option works best for them. They can use both or alternate between the two. Photo preview walls are also available at the exits of select attractions where Guests can tap their mobile device, park admission card or MagicBand to link their photos to their account.
- A few tips for linking attraction photos and videos using a mobile device:
- Guests must use a mobile device with Bluetooth® technology enabled for the My Disney Experience app. Please note that an Apple Watch can’t be used to automatically link attraction photos and videos.
- Make sure to sign into the My Disney Experience app before riding.
- Keep the mobile device out of low power mode while onboard.
- If Guests are planning to reuse a MagicBand from a previous visit, depending on how much time has passed since they initially used it, their ability to receive attraction videos and select attraction photos may be limited. When using a MagicBand from a previous visit, Disney PhotoPass Service recommends Guests tap it at the photo preview wall touchpoints (available at select attractions after riding) to link their attraction photos to their Disney account. For attractions that do not have a photo preview wall, if Guests’ photos don’t automatically link to their account, they can visit the Disney PhotoPass Center located in each park for assistance, or report a missing photo online.
- Guests with Memory Maker can also download photos from Family & Friends connections in My Disney Experience who choose to share photos and other digital content with the Guest.
- For each Memory Maker purchase, Guests can collect photos during a 30-day window that begins the date of the first photo or digital content download or the date Memory Maker is otherwise redeemed (whichever comes first).
How do I download my Memory Maker photos?
